Russell has been involved in numerous forms of real estate development. He has developed retail stores for Family Dollar, Goodyear, Frito-Lay, and Sherwin-Williams Paints. He has been involved in the development of over 470 residential lots. Price Commercial recently entered into a build-to-lease agreement to develop a 45,000 square foot Ashley Furniture Store near Sam's Warehouse in Tallahassee.
