J. Russell Price

J. Russell Price is the president and owner of Price Commercial. He is a graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. degree in business. Before starting Price Commercial, Russell worked with Investors Realty of Tallahassee for ten years where he was recognized as the top producer of more than 100 residential and commercial brokers.

Russell is a veteran of the United States Naval Reserve. He has served as chairman of the Northwest Water Management District, president of the Tallahassee Civitan Club, president of Capital City Republicans Club, chairman of the Leon County Jeb Bush For Governor in 1994, 1998, and 2002, chairman of the Florida Inaugural Parade in 1999, NW Florida district chairman for George W. Bush for President 2000, and appointed as a Florida delegate to the Republican National Convention in 2004.

Russell has been involved in numerous forms of real estate development. He has developed retail stores for Family Dollar, Goodyear, Frito-Lay, and Sherwin-Williams Paints. He has been involved in the development of over 470 residential lots. Price Commercial recently entered into a build-to-lease agreement to develop a 45,000 square foot Ashley Furniture Store near Sam's Warehouse in Tallahassee.
